AuditFilter is a solution which provides early detection, proactive detection, records of Post incident processing against email data leakage of important business data, Customer information, etc intentionally or unintentionally.

Imediatate supervisor's approval on outgoing mail
Outgoing emails (If contains important contents) that are against Ougoing Mail Policy will be automatically alert to imediate supervisor for his approval. Approval process can be integrated Internal email(GroupWare) system and HR database for automatic assignment for Approver.

Outgoing Mail Audit
Post Audit function for sent emails is provided. It collects Metadata from emails that are sent by team members and provides various statistics and search functions to head of department for regular review.

Information Leakage Prevention
Policy which needs approval can be setup based on confidential data, customer information, etc. all the email components such as sender, recipient, subject, main contents, attachement etc, can be used in policy setup.

Detection of Virus Mail
All outgoing emails will that are sent from virus infected Computer can be detected.
